PR180

May 1 – October 27, 2021

What is the Prayer Revolution 180?

It is a divine call for the global Church of Jesus Christ to pray for 180 days.  The call to pray is for ALL BELIEVERS to pray in the Spirit and in natural languages.   Our desire is for every believer in every nation to pray for 180 days. Believers across the world are being called Our supplication before the Lord represents our submission and surrender to His Lordship in our lives and in the nations.  We believe the Lord is calling His people to turn to Him in this season.  Our desire is for individuals, families, cities, states/provinces, and nations to pray.  As we pray for 180 days, we expect the Lord to move in magnificent and miraculous ways over the nations.

Why Pray?

Prayer is essential to our faith and our relationship with the Lord.  It is our ability to enjoy a relationship with the Lord in prayer that distinguishes our lives as believers. It is through this relationship in prayer that we are reminded of our true identity, our mission and commission in the earth and the certainty of His promises to us found in the Word of God.

We are commanded to pray in the world of God.  We are called to pray without ceasing and with thanksgiving.
PR 180 is an opportunity to be one with the global Church as we all join in prayer.

The Power of Praying Together/Praying as One

The Lord makes promises to His people in His word.  If we come together in His name, He will also be present in the meeting.  In addition, if we pray in agreement (praying as one), He guarantees that He will respond

ο»Ώ(Matthew 18:19-20).

What are the Expected Results of Prayer?

The immediate benefit of prayer is relationship and communication with the Lord.  He desires to communicate with us.  We know that in His presence is the fulness of joy (Psalm 16:11). Every believer should have high expectations of the Lord as we pray.  We know He will hear and answer our prayers.  We will enjoy greater intimacy with the Lord and much more.  A real expectation during and as a result of prayer includes an awakening/revival within God’s people, a sense of oneness blanketing the global church, healings,
miracles and so much more.

Prayer Strategies

There are many approaches to be used when uniting believers in prayer.  We want believers to pray individually, as families, as groups and nations. Globally/Large groups may choose to employ some of the following strategies:

Globally

  • Pray in agreement with Global Prayer Points
  • Prayer Tower – there will be a prayer tower/online prayer going forth daily during PR 180.  To participate with a Prayer Tower, visit our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/officialanco) for Prayer Tower locations time.
  • Corporate Prayer  Every Saturday – believers from various nations will join in prayer every Saturday morning through Zoom.  To receive the link to join the call, email us at coalitionallnations@gmail.com.

Nationally

  • We encourage you to have a few National Prayer Points and a prayer plan for your nation.  Some ideas include:
  1. Pray for every city/state/province on particular days of the week.
  2. Establish a daily fixed time of prayer – The entire nation commits to praying at a certain time daily.
  3. Topical Prayer – topics can be assigned by days, weeks, or months.

City/State/Province

  • Develop a few strategic prayer points for the city/state or province. Strategies for local prayer efforts include:

  1. Prayer Walks – organized prayer walks throughout various parts of a city.
  2. Prayer Mobs – targeted impromptu prayer meetings.  Participants are notified by text, social media, etc. with information as to where to meet for prayer when something critical has happened.  (ex: series of fires in an area or a heinous crime occurs. Message sent out for prayer mob to meet in the area for prayer.)
  3. Corporate Prayer Gatherings – Arrange corporate gatherings for worship and prayer.
  4. Churches/ministries regularly partnering in prayer.

Families and Individuals

  • Develop prayer points for family.
  • Prayer Journaling – writing/recording prayers and notating God’s responses and how and when prayers were answered.
  • Partnering in Prayer – Joining with another person or small group daily (phone or in-person) and praying together.
  • Family Prayer – family prays together daily.
  • Individual commitment to praying daily.

Potential Prayer Topics – Priority praying in the spirit.

  • Praying through the things we are commanded to pray for (those in authority, laborer's in the vineyard, enemies, etc.)
  • Pray for spiritual awakening.
  • Pray for all believers and unity/oneness in the Body of Christ.
  • Prayer Calendar (link to onevoiceinprayer.com).
  • Scriptures.
  • Declarations.
